Elcom marriage agency AKA Endor marriage agency and Elena Kislova. This agency doesn't really exist, people behind this scam just hijack photomodels photos and plant fake profiles on dating sites. When potential victim is hooked requests for material help start. You have to pay for correspondence with non-existent person. Please note, that this so called agency is very good at changing names and may appear as Endor or Elcom and probably zillion other names. Pseudo directors change two, sometimes it Andrew Zaitsev, sometimes Dmitry Petrov. And of course bunch of pretty girls. Compare to ElenaProklova Note that all emails are in ellings.com.ua domainin and in both cases for transaction was used same bank in Riga.
