The infamous scammer is back in business. This time agency chaged name to Touching Hearts Club.

I would like to report a scam in progress. The woman's full name: Tatyana Stolyarenko. She is using the e-mail address: russiang4g@hotmail.com. The address that I have for her is: Touching Hearts Club 12 Hospitalna St., Kiev 01002, Kiev, Ukraine e-mail: TouchingHearts@mail.ru She approached me with an e-mail. I have a profile on AmericanSingles.com and she used that service to find and contact me. The scam proceeded exactly as documented in other reports of her on antiscam sites. The emails to me were word for word the same emails, except the name of course. What she said was believable and I suspected nothing at first. It wasn't until after I sent her 1790.00USD via Western Union did I suspect something was amiss. I was not receiving any emails that I thought would be coming from an excited young lady that was going to be coming to the US. I did receive several phone calls though. I still had a vague funny feeling about it. I made a search for Touching Hearts Club and her name came up with a list of identical claims from other gentlemen. I believe this scam is ongoing as she has yet to tell me about the 1500USD boarding fee. I received a phone call yesterday from her saying that all her paperwork was complete and she would go get a plane ticket. One thing I would like to point out is that the number on my caller ID showed the previous number that I received. I suspect that they may be using a caller ID manipulation of some sort. At the time of our last conversation I already knew of the scam.
Correspondence came from Touching Hearts Club as well with the fake contract and breakdown of the 1790.00 needed for processing. They are exactly the same, word for word as other documented letters. Other names associated with this scam are: Dmitri Kolobov Orlov, President of Touching Hearts Club Pavel Alekseev, Vice President, Touching Hearts Club Ekaterina Smirnova, Account Manager, Touching Hearts Club Oksana Degtyareva, person to send money to at the Touching Hearts Club.

I was contacted by Tatyana Stolyarenko (Connecting Hearts Club tatyana1201@hotmail.com) on the 10th of August 2002, the whole deal sounded fishy to me, especialy when I was informed of a dead line to fly her out on the second letter. I may be lonely but not stupid. Thanks for your web page, I am glad I did my research!

I was also a victim of the tatyana stolyarenco with the exact same photos, letters as you have already published. I figured out it was a scam unfortunately after if was too late and only because friend of mine works for airline and found out she wasnt on plane to come here. otherwise I would be at airport right now waiting for her to arrive. she also used tatyana4love address and connecting 2 hearts for her agency. I am now playing dumb to keep corespondence hoping to help nail her with help of police

Hello sir`s, just last week i was scamed by Tatyana . She, them, who ever its got to be more than one , over three weeks thay got $ 3700.00 usd from me . I just happend over your site . Thay used the same thang on me as thay did on LEE same letters word for word i even got six phone calls from her . After this happend to me i checked out the add. 12 hospitaina st. Kiev Ukaine and it is a large Hotel that is where i was sending the money to a [ OKSANA DEGTYAREVA ] this also went thought connecting hearts e-mail connectinghearts@mail.ru. She is back on @ mail box # 4132217 ........

I knew something was fishy when she asked me what I did for a living and where I lived. But i told her that information already. And she did not have enough money for a phone but was willing to call me in the USA?? Thank God for your service!!!! You saved me a couple of grand and the pain of getting taken. God Bless you all and may all these scammers end up in jail.

My brother had just been scammed by the woman from Ukraine. My brother had been telling me about this woman he met through one of the love connection things and next thing we know she's calling him and telling him of what her intents are which is a lot like the letters that were sent to this organization. She needed to get money and he kept telling me its legit the agency and all. She was apparently pulling the money together for this boarding fee. When my brother told me she needed money we told him DON'T send any - but she kept sending him these emails and calling him making him believe they had a future together. So when he told me he sent money Western Union, I got curious and looked up the Connectinghearts. And didn't her name pop up as a SCAM ARTIST... I called him right away to warn him, not to sent anymore money. Apparently there was an email just sent to him from the agency saying there was an error in the accounting office and they needed more money for tatyana or he wouldn't see her until October. He was ready to send $500 more just so he can have her here for August 17th. They even emailed him the airline itinerary. Here my brother is just going thru a BADDD diverse and is feeling VERY vulnerable to any woman.... I CANT believe there are people out there like this -- What a shame!!!!!!!!! IT ALWAYS HAS A WAY OF COMING BACK AT YOU TATYANA!!!

It's amazing, this week only we received four reports about scam agency Connecting Hearts and Tatyana Stolyarenko.

Just thought I would say thank you for having this web site. I was contacted by Tatyana a few days ago. Her email sounded to good to be true so I did some checking on the internet and found your site. I had fun stringing her along for a few days and then told her that I knew who she really was, it was great. Any way keep up the good work.

Was contacted through American Singles with the note below, and found the identical photos on the antiscam.org website. You confirmed my suspicions about this one.Thanks for your service. You certainly saved me some time, and perhaps some grief.

Thank's to your website, I was alerted soon enough, before falling victim to one of the scammers posted on your website. I too, was taken in by Tatyana Stolyarenko. Whoever is behind this one, is very convincing. They say all the right things, from the initial e-mail, to the phone calls. I was first contacted by Tatyana through American Singles on July 27. I had forgotten that I had even posted a profile there, as it had been at least a year old. I have since found her profile there is no longer available to the public.

Of course I received the same photos as the other guys too, they're no different than the others I've seen posted here. She/He/It is very good at what they do...I've noticed that practically all of the men contacted, are intelligent, older men. These scammers are good, they're thorough, and work fairly quickly. It's important that we get the word out about these scammers. After the initial phone call from Tatyana, I came across your website, oddly enough, while doing a search for the currency exchange rate. I had previously tried researching her, but not having a last name until near the end of our correspondence, I couldn't unearth any information about her. I e-mailed her and the agency the next day, after she couldn't reach me by phone the second time, stating she was a fraud and a scammer, with the link to this website...Haven't heard a thing from her or the agency since. This a follow up to Lee's story. I was scammed by Tatyana Stoylerenko also. Like him she wrote to me on Cupid Junction and the letters and pictures were identical. I was just recently scammed by her. She used ConnectingHearts@mail.ru as her phony agency. She is a con artist. What else can be done about this? I wanna see her pay for this. Here is another picture of this criminal. Please post this on your site. They use Ekaterina Smirnova as account manager for phony agency. Also phony reference Jim Ghelt 818-259-4248 and Brian Boyander 917-753-7510. He is the same guy. He is her contact in the states.
This is more info on this scamming criminal. After they hit you for the money Tatyana will write you a letter saying she needs a boarding fee of 1500.00 as pocket money to get on the plane. This is to prevent she says girls coming over here for illegal reasons. I will enclose to your site all letters. Please post them as soon as possible so this phony knows she is finished. Dear Mr. X: All of our clients in this group told us of this boarding fare requirement right away. We had never heard of this fare. Apparently this was incorporated on June 1 this year. So we checked into it and we deeply regret to inform you that it is new policy of customs. I don't know if Ukraine Embassy would even have this information. In fact Customs informed us, Canada and many other foreign countries are setting up boarding fares policies. They said, this boarding fare is assessed to make sure girl has way to live in your country for certain period of time. Their effort is to filter out girls who may commit prostitution and other such crimes in US to survive. They will not take reference from your country that girl will be provided for. As you might expect, this would not be certain. We regret that this may cause some inconvenience for you and Tatyana, but she can change flight date for a later departure. And we can assure you that what she informed us is correct. I feel very bad after compliment from you on our work, that we could not detect this early on. Just an unavoidable snag it seems. At least it is not fee, but rather pocket money requirement. Tatyana will return this to you as soon as she arrives of course. And we would like to help. If you need, we can loan Tatyana $500 if you promise to send it back to us upon her arrival. Then you will only need $1000. Dear Mr. X: Thank you for your reply. When I received your letter, I informed accounting that they would not need to loan Tatyana $500. This was a very limited offer to our clients because we could not accomodate everyone. As a result, only a few clients in first group were offered this assistance. I inquired with accounting to reset the loan for Tatyana and they can not make it available again. Those funds have already been allocated now. This is not a penalization for Tatyana. Tatyana informed us why you were confused. This is very unusual that western union would comment about the reputation of an agency they know little about. In fact, I have left a message with our owner. I'm sure he would like to know of this, because we do a lot of business using their service. However, a single operator making such remarks is very unprofessional. Some gentlemen can become disgruntled with one of our clients because things did not work out and mischieviously make accusations that are not true. It is not right for an operator to comment on something they can't confirm. In any case, there is no way any operator would know what these transactions are for. We do not violate privacy of our clients by informing western union. That is ridiculous. Emma is one of our finance managers and receives hundreds of transactions for various accounts, but never the same one. I'm sure if western union thought we were defrauding someone, they would not allow us to receive transactions via their system.
