hello my dear Rob!!!!!
i was so glad to come to the internet cafe today in the evening after my work, and to find your letter. thank you so much for writing to me and for all the good things you bring to mean, and they are numerous. you bring me lots of positive emotiongs and great feelings. i am very happy that we have begun to correspond!!!! writing to you and reading letters from you are the best things during my day. i am longing for the day to progress, so that i am free and can come here to get some positive emotions!!!!!! how are you??? how is your day? and how is your work? do you have any good news? what is going on in your life? i am ok. my excellent mood, which was caused by your letter, is also accompanied with wonderful weather, which we have here today. our weather is a real suprise for all of us. just some days ago it was snowing and everything was covered with a good ammount of snow, it was just like winter - everything was so white and clean. but what are we having today? it is just a real spring. not fall, but SPRING. the sun is shining, a warm wind is blowing, all the snow had melt already, leaving dirt and mud after itself. lots of puddles and people, perfused with the dirty water from these puddles. it is quite warm - about +8C, but some people still have their ship skin coats on, just amain. it is very difficult to get used to our weather. it can be cold today and hot tomorrow. what am i talking about?! the temperature can vary greatly within a day. for example, in the morning it can be rather cold. i think today it was 0 or +1. pretty cold, and all the people that were leaving for work made up their minds to be on the safe side and to get dressed warmly, as it is impossible to say what kind of weather it will be just several hours later. the weather is very unpredictable here. and weather forecasts often fail to forcast the weather, so it is almost useless to rely on them. any way, you will be either hot or cold. such is our mother-nature. the ural is such a strange place, when the talk concerns our weather. what about your place??? what is the weather like at your place????? after the cafe i think i will have some rest and will read a book. i have to tell you that i am rather fond of reading. this is one of my favourite way of spending my scarce free time. the book i am reading right now is called the Sandcastleby Iris Murdoch (or her name is also spelt like Murdock). she is a famouse British writer, who was born in Dublin, and studied and taught at Oxford University. she is an author of 26 novels, different philosophical essays and other works. as for her creative life, she was very productive. she has lived a long life and died at the age of 90 years old. her last years were clouded with a terrible desease which is called Alzeimer's desease. this illness affects brains'cells, you lose your memory and become a child. there is even a film about her life which is called Iris. Judy Dench, the most titled actress of Britain played the main role in this film and was nominated for Oscar. Kate Winslet (Titanic's star) played a supporting role, she played Iris Murdoch in her youth, and was nominated for Oscar for the best supporting mowan role. none of them got an oscar, but the film turned out to be really touchy. have you seen it? we still have some work about our kitchen. our reparing seems to be prolonged for an uncertain period of time. hopefully everything will be over this week. :-) about the trip. i have some good news. i have gone to a tourist agency and found out what is necessary. the thing is that there is no necessity for me to go to Moscow to the embassy. any tourist agency can get a visa for me. i just need to pay for it. i need to pay for the documents $300. the documents include: visa (so, i need to pay to the agency for visa + some money to the embassy itself) + foreign passport (as i have never been abroad and i need a foreign passport to be able to leave the coutry) + medical insurance. all this makes $300. and the tickets. the agent said that i can buy the whole trip through them, including tickets, and what is more i can use different discounts, which make the price of the tickets not so high. the whole price of the tickets will be able $330. (ekaterinburg-moscow and the from moscow to portugal). by the way, what is the name of the airport shall i take the tickets? the price also depends on the airport. and the airlines as well. so, dear Rob, are you sure that you want to meet with me? i AM. i really would like to come to you. that would be so great!!!!! :-) but dear Rob, i don't know when i can have $300 for the documents. i don't know, may be you can help me somehow. otherwise, we will have to wait for a long time until i save a necessary some of money. i hate to say it,but i don't get a big salary, and my money is hardly enough to pay the bills. so, i wish we could do something about it. what do you think??? just let me know, ok???? ok, i am closing my letter. please, write to me back as soon as you can. i will be waiting for your answer with great anticipation. and now i am sending to you kisses and hugs!!! by the way, your pictures are so great. you look so cute, and elegant!!!!! i can't wait to see you in person!!!! :-) from nastya
